The GOP is not and has never tried to keep foreigners out of the country. They simply want foreigners to come here legally and respect our laws.
There are millions of foreigners that have been trying for years to come here legally. No one who broke the law to get here should be allowed a place in line ahead if people thar have been trying to do it right.
