To give some extent of the insanity of the #RickyVaughn #Mackey prosecution, the feds in NY used the statute meant to prosecute the Klan from voter terror campaigns in 1870s to send a meme guy on the internet to federal prison for a decade because he...posted a meme on Twitter.

This case will end up in the supreme court and if they haven't appointed 14 new justices, it will get overturned. Unfortunately, by that time this guy's life will have been ruined and the prosecutors involved will not see the inside of a jail for malicious prosecution.
