Decided to do #DryJanuary. I'm not a heavy drinker, I average 1 beer a day, but decided I wanted to do the challenge.
I'm also going to work out for 20 minutes each day. We recently got a rowing machine, so 20 minutes on that while watching some TV will do me good.
@tgpo I hear you there. I'm attempting a 100-squat/day challenge this year (iff I can't do squats, then pushups, then situps). Boy, am I feeling it today.
