I’ve owned 8 cars since I started driving and only one has been an automatic-transmission ICE. Not your average American. lol
Now that I’ve driven an EV for over four years, I’d never go back to a gas car full-time, but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t miss driving a manual fairly often.
@snazzyq I still rest my hand on the gear shift 20+ years after driving a stick for just a short period of time.

@ErsatzSavvy @snazzyq I never touch the shifter unless I'm actively shifting gears, but I'm sure people get a good laugh while I instinctively kick at the floorboard several times trying to find the clutch pedal.
