I'll be migrating from selfhosted #matrix and #xmpp to ems.element.io/ and account.conversations.im/ respectively. I will keep using my domain with their services to not change IDs.

@yarmo Does it actually work? I didn't find any documentation. I did get Element Home, though. element.io/element-home
