I have been on the #Fediverse as long as it exists. Starting with an Identi.ca account I was frustrated shortly afterwards about the consolidation of so many users on one single instance. The shutdown of Identi.ca was a big thread for the still quite new network. Luckily some friends took over the status.net code and developed #gnusocial (which I have contributed to as well). Now I am using #Mastodon just for convenience ;) #Fediverse12 #HappyFedi2U
