@PINE64 Are there any plans to add something like a #Chromecast to the equipment line up?

A [small] device that can easily plug into a TV, that linux devices can easily connect/stream to….

@imattau @PINE64 would the video files you wanted to "cast" be stored locally on the phone or would you want something that could cast Netflix and YouTube? There might be limitations of what you can stream base on whether the stream is encrypted.

@hinton @PINE64 Not necessarily thinking Netflix et al, but then if there was screen mirroring, it would probably work…

I guess I’m talking more about the concept, rather than any specific implementation… But something that FOSS apps ( @Tubelab??) could easily cast too [in a small Chromecast like device]… 🤔
