@hehemrin I finally got to the bottom of this. I hadn't given them any payment information on what was a free personal use account, and they were sending notifications to an old Gmail account I was no longer using, since I was using the one associated with my domain. With a normal company, one would not be able to send e-mail for this type of issue, but with the all mighty Google, they just shut it all down and take it all away. I'm done with them.
