I got an e-mail from Apple today; Upgrade to macOS Ventura. With a link how to upgrade. And the compatiblity list told me what I knew - my machine is not supported for Ventura. So, does it mean Apple knows my OS but not machine model? Else the mail should have encouraged me to buy a new machine also, not only tell me the great (?) things I will not get.
