A friends friend use Windows 8.1 on his/her computer. It will not be supported anymore and is told to upgrade to Windows 11. But the computer cannot manage Windows 11.
So my friend has convinced and will assist to install to try Linux Mint 21.1 instead!

Linux Mint is a great distro to start with and the one I started with. Glad they could be convinced to try Linux. I thought the story would end with them on Windows 10.
