@cfarivar@sfba.social I know employee rights are different in USA. But this fire is so bad and weird. And stupid. Management by fear. How to get employees to feel proud and happy fir their company? Or to walk the extra mile? Or share any thougt, idea or opinion that may not be well taken by management. High floor and low ceiling.
@hehemrin @cfarivar Sadly this has worked for him at his other companies. Leverage your money into a position of authority. Fire everybody who disagrees or makes you look bad. Steal credit for everybody else's work.
It happens but isn't the norm in the US. There is reason his companies stagnate on the innovation side once he comes onboard.
