I almost got done producing the next episode of Full Circle Weekly News yesterday, but when I was done I was 16 seconds over. My brains were fried already, so I'm back into the fray today to find a way to cut 16 seconds. I do not set my time limit, It is my job to come in under it. 10 minutes or less is not an ideal, it is a requirement. I will succeed today.

@zaivala Sorry, can't help thinking of Murke's Collected Silences, by Heinrich Böll, when you need to cut 16s... The book character collected silence from edited radio tapes.
