However, in Microsoft Windows, clicking on the "X" at the top right of the last visible application window will exit the application for the vast majority of applications.’

@Frederik_Borgesius It is normal for a lot of programs to remain in the background when you close their window... what's the complaint there?

The restricted committee considered that DISCORD should specifically inform users by making them aware that their words are still being transmitted and heard by others.’
But DISCORD repaired this during the investigation apparently. There were other GDPR breaches too.
