Version 0.9 of vvmd is out!
https://gitlab.com/kop316/vvmd/-/tags/0.9
This fixes the issue with some T-mobile servers, but requires this patch with curl (which I am hoping will be merged soon). The patch is here:
https://github.com/curl/curl/pull/8986
It also fixes an issue I ran into where curl seems to sometimes say things went bad when they did not, and when this happened with the delete command, it ended up deleting the VVM on both the phone and server....which is not fun. This is fixed now.
@kop316 btw the version i use does not save the password even when manually modifying the config file (password for the voicebox)
Turn vvmd off when you edit the config file.
@kop316 thanks for the tip but unfortunately does not work or save password

@kop316 does anything look out of place? other than the password, it just reverts to that statement after 1. enabling vvm, 2. activating vvm which does not succeed and no error shown
@kop316 sorry i know its not a good trouble shooting forum but these are the sms messages it sends when i try to activate not sure what that meams "GET?AD="vvm.mobile.att.net:5400?v=1010&S=U&s=5433&m=##########"" also notice the " after my phone number hope that doesnt cause the issue in config, so my password i am not adding the " after the password.
@goatwildernesscollective
...so AT&T? Or are you on an AT&T MVNO (e.g. AweSIM)?
