What's the current state for free podcast hosting? Just a place for a non-techie to host mp3s and an rss feed. Maybe some tools to generate the feed. Nothing super-fancy.

I think funkwhale instances can host podcasts (generating RSS feeds alongside fedi posts). There are a couple public instances
