Never really used cut, awk, or sed beyond copy/pasting other people’s examples (because mindfuck syntax and life’s too short) but I think I’ll end up using choose and sd quite a bit:

@everlastingrocks As someone who had his fancy ls alias (exa) throw a runtime error when it couldn’t digest a particular directory structure, I hear you. It was a sobering moment about how stable the core commands are.
