@zudn so iMovie is a video editor? For GNU/Linux I recommend #Kdenlive as I use it myself. See https://kdenlive.org. For macOS, I recommend Shotcut as it's available https://shotcut.org for that system. They are #freesw.

Thanks, guys, I tried shotcut and it looks like it has possibilities in Mac, but I wasn't impressed with how to add text.
