Anyone following NYC official plague statistics, just a heads up: Several days ago it was apparent that we'd hit peak deaths per day some days before that. This was false.

I haven't gone through the history day by day just now, the peak just keeps creeping forward. Some deaths are being reported at least 3, maybe 4 days after they happen in this shared file set.

I've seen graphs of Colorado, showing they're over the curve, using 5 day rolling averages for new infections (positive tests).

But I think a 19-day rolling average should be what we look at instead.
