Dmitry Medvedev threatened Lithuania with destruction if it changes its rules to allow nuclear weapons to be stationed on its territory. He claimed no NATO country would come to Lithuania's defense, said Article 5 would not be implemented, and warned that Lithuania would "disappear from the map of the world." He said invoking Article 5 would mean a global catastrophe. #NATO
