Just asking out of curiosity about that discrepancy between the boot-up and the reboot times: How did you make Windows fully shut down?

@lexihexi @itsfoss I think the discrepancy is because reboot includes shutdown and system shutdown is slow on Windows.

@elgregor @itsfoss Could be. But I als see a certain chance that they just hit shut down in the start menu. This wouldn't be a real shutdown but prepare a fastboot for the next startup. Rebooting would perform a real shutdown. Additionally, there are a few non-obvious tricks to make Windows shut down properly.
