Footage shows an FP-5 cruise missile flying at very low altitude. One notable aspect is its apparent speed, which appears much lower than the claimed 850-900 km/h. However, the exact date, location, flight profile and conditions under which the footage was recorded remain unknown. #Ukraine

It's also possible the official numbers are inflated.
