Millions browse the web on school, library, and workplace computers that leave them exposed to hidden trackers. Privacy Badger can be installed organization-wide to enhance privacy and security on these devices. eff.org/deeplinks/2025/09/libr

@eff having more plugins installed makes you more vulnerable to being tracked, so I do not install privacy badger. It identifies more than it protects, or has something fundamentally changed?

@SomeAnoTooter @eff Refusing plugins to reduce your fingerprint only makes sense if your browser does plenty of other things to reduce fingerprinting. For regular Firefox/Edge/Chrome it's better to use a tracker blocker like uBlock Origin with appropriate filters or Privacy Badger.

@elgregor @eff yes ublock origin is nice. Why have ublock and privacy badger?
