Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova claimed Dutch mercenaries are piloting F-16 fighters supplied to Ukraine. She said modern Western weapons and aircraft cannot be operated by Ukrainian servicemen and require foreign specialists. @noelreports They are not mercenaries if they officially join Ukrainian armed forces. Russia does the exact same thing, accepting foreigners into their military.
Now, the Wagner group members were actual mercenaries because they weren't a part of any military.
