Millions of barrels of fuel made from Russian oil are still being imported to the UK, according to research suggesting a "refining loophole." Russian crude is refined in countries like India, and the products are then sold to the UK.

@Walter8100000 @noelreports I think that's why this oil has not been sanctioned. It's intentional, because Russia is selling it almost at cost, while India sees almost all of the profit. This way the West still has relatively cheap oil, while denying Russia almost all of the oil money. Eat your cake and keep it too.
