I think I'm semi-technical. Not a developer or admin but I've used FOSS for 25 years. Mostly desktop Linux. I 'get' the graphic but ¾ of it doesn't apply to me and most people I know would have less of a clue. The first frame is OK. But for non-tech users we should emphasize 'ownership' ie no recurring licence fees. Privacy, no trackers, no data harvesting. Community support. No EoL shenanigans. Support for older hardware.
