@jones@todon.nl It is true that many governments and corporations are not fully compliant with the law. It is not a myth, it is legally how they are supposed to operate in most of the world. Even the Russian and Chinese governments right now have forms of transparency. And anywhere I've looked, public corporations are required to publish more information about their operations than private ones.
