I just released a new app, Carrion!

It is a very basic app that automatically rejects all calls that fail STIR/SHAKEN verification.

It is available on the DivestOS Official F-Droid repo.

@divested this sounds quite interesting and useful. Is STIR/SHAKEN relevant in places outside of the US and Canada? Also, it seems like this functionality should be built into the OS. Would that make sense?

I still haven't had any confirmed reports of it working outside of USA/CAN.

In theory it can work, if a carrier wanted to support/pass it on.

Also I tried integrating it directly into the AOSP/Lineage Dialer, but that was surprisingly challenging and this method allows all Android 11+ users to benefit instead.
