@rysiek making a browser is incredibly fucking expensive and the users aren’t there anymore, they are in mobile apps
@rysiek ok I mean, the difference between a hobby/small project and building something that even a single-digit percentage of people who currently use browsers would use is huge.
Just reaching parity with firefox as it is today is a big undertaking, and growing from there is tough
@szbalint my guess is reaching parity with firefox is not actually necessary. Pretty sure there's a bunch of ancient cruft that can be dropped. Question is, which.
