@jon I'm not sure you noticed, but the trial initiated by #Newag against the hacker group that revealed how the malicious code on its #trains works started yesterday. During the first court session Newag dropped it's charges that it was the hackers who injected the malicious code, but didn't explain how it became part of the train software xD

@filiplachert ah I’d not seen that, no. Newag even bringing this to court looks like a very bad move - surely it can only make them look either stupid or malevolent?

@jon it remains unclear, especially after yesterday, what they are trying to achieve in court
