Telit Cinterion, made up in part by the original Gemalto, sell a 4G modem that has the same dimensions (30 x 42 x 2.4 mm) and m.2 B-key slot as the Broadmobi BM818 but with data support only. www.telit.com/devices/ln920-series/
More interest, they have 3 5G modems that also share these dimensions and one of them (FN920C04) has LTE Cat 4 fallback so it might work with the Librem 5's current LTE antenna setup. www.telit.com/devices/fn920c04/

@williamtries LN920: No audio. Theoretically it may be possible to get VoLTE working, but practically we're very far from being able to do so.
FN920: Same as above, plus no 2G/3G fallback. Not sure why would one want to use it without matching antennas anyway.
