Ive taken some pictures on all 3 native #linuxmobile devices in case anyone wants to see how they do in automatic point and shoot scenarios. Also included a iphone 12 and a pixel 6 for comparison and looks like the pixel 6 was more true to life. 0 is in the dark hence all the noise though the pixel and iphones have a nightmode and those were used automatically. Download them all so you can rotate the images if needed

Some quick notes, processing speed is PPP > librem 5 > PP

PPP uses the rkisp so its instant but has the most issues. The camera dies when suspended, requires custom camera driver for better quality, has no auto focus without a custom libcamera build

L5 seems to do really good in sunlight but struggles with AWB inside in the dark as you can see with 0. Lowest resolution

PP slowest though is only one that uses stacking like iphones and pixels. Included postprocessd and my custom pipeline.

@Luigi311 Note that the default L5 pipeline is quite limited when it comes to image quality (it prioritizes usability), you can get much further with longer processing or some manual touches - see social.librem.one/@dos/1111156 and puri.sm/posts/librem-5-photo-p
