Does the latest version of Foxit PDF Reader not support multiple instances like it used to, or am I missing something?
Recommendations for restoring it, or alternate readers welcome!

THIS is why I archive everything I can... I've gone back to the previous version.
I have *needs* from a PDF viewer, they feel basic / fundamental, but somehow they're not.
- Multiple instances of one document
- Bookmarks
- Add comments / notes
- Add text / signatures
