I'm one that used to be represented by those unknown numbers some people never answered. On behalf of my prior colleagues, thanks for not answering versus yelling at us to "Get a job". It was really thankless work and if quotas weren't met in a timely manner (uncontrollable most shifts) managers would send the employee home and short them hours.
