I wish I could back in time and tell myself to stop mulling incessantly over which game engine to run with, since after making games in Unity, GameMaker, and now Godot I've come to realise that just like most software they all do things well or terribly in different areas. Finding an engine that meshed with my strengths > an engine that was some silver bullet and did everything correctly (spoiler: it doesn't exist, probably) #gamedev #godotengine #games
