@alcinnz as an Australian, home solar does not anger farmers, is politically neutral, and does not get stuck behind other regulations (enviro and zoning). The gov just increased the small scale rebates to 1 MW to try and get more businesses to jump on the bandwagon. They are behind their target of 82% by 2030 and large scale financing is getting in the way.
