Someone I know has just released a hobby project called Lightwhale, which has been in the works for some time.

It's a minimal operating system streamlined for running docker containers on bare-metal servers. It strives to be zero-installation, zero-configuration, and zero-maintenance, and very easy to use.

So if you own a home server or anything that could be used as one, and you want to run docker containers without a headache or the typical hassle that usually implies, do yourself the favour and check it out: lightwhale.asklandd.dk/mastodo

The link won't grab your informations or anything like that, just has a visit counter. Have fun! #buildroot #docker #embeddedlinux #EmbeddedSystem

@xogium cool, I have an Ubuntu server running ZoneMinder for security cameras that I do not like. So I'll give it a try when I switch software.

@dean Hell yeah! I hope it works out for you, this is simply amazing, the documentation is well done as well.
Also don't hesitate to get in touch via me if you have requests for improvements or anything, I can get in touch with the developer!
