there are some configurations that the MNT Reform board could be adapted to, but i'm not sure if there is any interest in something like these?
- mini fanless desktop/thin client with (or w/o) battery backup
- compact fanless server with battery backup
- imac-like/thick tablet

@mntmn

I'd vote for "compact fanless server with battery backup" with the following enhancement:

Case and controller to drive 4 or more hard disks to build a serious NAS. Preferably a bit more RAM if possible.

Background: I'm looking for an OSHW solution to replace my synology nas. All the offers I found so far do not include a case to fit the hard drives needed to run RAID10.
