#TIL that long pressing the space bar in the #Phosh onscreen keyboard switches to "move the cursor" mode for accurate placement! Till now I thought it was just some weird thing where the keyboard goes blank for no reason 😅

(I'm using phosh-osk-stub, not squeekboard, because the latter isn't yet available for Debian Trixie)

Also, now I know why "Ctrl+P" and "Ctrl+N" are not listed as shortcuts for the terminal 😉

@badrihippo you can expand the terminal shortcuts to your liking (and also add actual cursor keys there)

@agx yeah, I added Ctrl+P and Ctrl+N, but then learnt about this scrolling thing so removed them. Using the cursor movement thing to move up and down seems to act like arrows in the terminal to scroll through history, which is what I wanted (is it literally arrow signals it's emitting?)

But I didn't realise I could add arrows to the shortcuts too! That's cool 🙂️
