WHEW! Just finished my GUADEC talk about exploring future Desktop UX concepts. I'd have loved to been in person as giving a short talk over video just feels... odd. However, it seemed to go well!
A question at the end pretty much summarized the main issue:
"Whenever I talk about Desktop UX, the room falls silent, no one thinks it's important" I didn't have a good answer for them, all we can do is to show them that there really is something powerful for us to uncover.
@scottjenson A very eye opening presentation. I never found a great argument against those who constantly say things are a standard until now. I hope to hear more of your thoughts in the future!
