GNOME hasn't been good since 2012. Just install a tiling window manager and move on with your life.

@jugendverfuhrer I never liked as a desktop environment, but Evolution was my favorite email/contact/calendar program until this 3.46.1 travesty. I suppose I can use Neomutt, but that doesn't help with my Exchange server accounts.
