I reformatted my IdeaPad and have installed Linux Mint, Mageia 7, Sabayon, and, just to get my boot back, Ubuntu Budgie 19.04. so far, I have not been able to get Mageia to update. Sabayon looks great, but I really wonder how far I'm going to be able to go with it, as it is based on Gentoo and I know hardly anything about it.

I can't believe I posted all over the internet that I loaded Slackware 14.2, commented on how it still has KDE 4.12, and got zero response from the people who know me and know I've never run Slackware.

Amazon out microphones into homes and told everyone they only listen when activated. When we learned otherwise, nobody threw their Echos away. Our privacy deteriorates daily and people just yawn.
