Pretty sure they just gave me a automated reply
" Thank you for submitting your video appeal to YouTube. After further review, we've determined that while your video does not violate our Community Guidelines, it may not be appropriate for a general audience. We have therefore age-restricted your video."

The most frustrating part of it is they do not even explain why, not even a time stamp of what part they think is "not appropriate".
This is one of many reasons why I post to LBRY/Odysee first!

@BrodieOnLinux I hate those. Back when I still had a LAN line, I used a PBX to block them. Unknown numbers were forced to use a prompt to process. Other numbers where checked against a database of known scammers and telemarketers and if they were in that list they would get forwarded to a bot called Lenny.

@BrodieOnLinux Might be fun to mess with them. "Oh, I just broke into this guys house and answered his phone."

#youtube age restricted one of my videos. Weird, I avoid bad words and violence.

I am going to try and appeal it but I doubt it will go any where.

@thewayofdog@mastodon.technology Your video only appears flipped for you. To others it should appear normal. You can test this by opening a private browser tab and joining your own call.

I do not know why Jitsi does this, other platforms seem to do the same thing.

If you're using Manjaro or Arch, there's a dkms module for v4l2loopback (v4l2loopback-dkms) in the AUR and obs-v4l2sink is in the AUR as well.
