In one case, Microsoft took back control by making an offer to move a major headquarters or division to a country trying this.

@scalzi Plugging a book called Monsters of Ohio in the state of Michigan? Safety first!

Wonder if there's neutral ground, like Toledo or something.

@AlarminglyBad
Well, you can say that again...ad infinitum.

@warandpeas

I suggest you make a line of writers blocks made in various materials as paperweights.

My old Chromebook was cut off from updates. It now runs Linux.

My old Dell laptop was too old for Windows updates. It now runs Linux.

@exocomics
Nice you invited your friend for dinner.

@davidrevoy

Up early or in a different time zone. Thanks for the response.

To catch up I've gone to peppercarrot.com. Oh man, you've got an RSS feed. Still an RSS user so I'm loading into the reader post-haste.

I've even written a program to generate a feed for my watch face gallery, recently upgraded to v2.0, just for the picture.

OK, if I wait for this little blue line above the first frame to finish moving over the top edge things work as expected.

Sorry, I've not seen this behavior before but it looks like I've got it sorted.

@davidrevoy
Actually, I have to mouse over each frame with the magnifying glass and open in a new tab.

@davidrevoy

It's weird. I clicked on your comic - Too Used to Prompt and saw each frame using the right arrow. I've clicked on the next two below it and get one frame and text for the rest. Alt-text I imagine.

I find that I can still see the artwork if I click on each one separately.
