Playing with TCP for the first time ever. Using the socket module in #Python. I was really thrown for a loop when the socket automatically closed while trying to make sure I read the whole response.

In order to support multiple requests in a script I'm having to initialize a new socket for each request. This feels like I am doing something wrong, but with arbitrary length returns, no hint to response length, and no end character I'm not sure what else to do.

@lashman can we take a moment to appreciate the irony of the man who had to have the qualifications changed in order to be in the debate calling for lagging candidates to drop out of the primary?

Huh, Win10 has virtual desktops. Last time I tried to get that feature it was some half baked add-on. Nice to see that eventually MS can also emulate the good ideas from the open source community.

Holy crap. Listened to Levar Burton Reads The Paper Menagerie while doing housework. Even at 1.25 speed I lost it. What a powerful story.

Anyone else have issues with #NitterizeMe saying it has stopped working after every use?

I like the app level over FF plug-in, it works with redirecting links that open with #NewPipe.
