Just seen the first Alien film, can't believe I never watched it until now, it's really good!

@DissidentKitty hot take they're literally not, we never interact with the person only the image they project

Human interaction goes two ways. This is brand interaction

Just opened a notebook for the first time, literally installed and opened ones of minutes ago. I guess the name should have given it away, but I am getting flash backs from over a decade ago using notebooks. I can see this being very useful.

Wish they'd discuss yang's idea of giving the vote to 16 year olds. We can speak frankly since none of them are watching tonight.

So Universal Studios Japan has both a Monster Hunter section and a Super Nintendo section?

I hope Yoshi doesn't wander into the wrong neighborhood...

Do we have free will? says that we just don't understand true causes. Have you ever had the same reaction to the same situation?

Quite possibly my favourite thought out of this: if there's no free will how should the justice system work?

More shoveling, more #podcast. This time Sage & Savant, a steampunk story exploring gender roles in history and time travel. IIRC, the current season is the final season. I would consider another listen if there was a version without the musical breaks.

Hey fediverse, any preferences on desktop or mobile mastodon clients? Been using on phone. Wanting to hear about others.

It would be great to see various neurological impairments depicted in art. I remember wanting to create an area for a MUD based of a sorcerer used magical inflictions of various agnosias to challange adventurers. It never happened, I feared I wouldn't be able to do it justice especially with the mechanics I had to work with.

Oliver Sacks was a great author. His case studies of neurological impairments are well written, empathic, fascinating and haunting. I would highly recommend The Man Who Mistook His Wife For a Hat.

I finally decided to look into managing shelves/collections with . Why did I wait so long? It was so easy and makes finding titles so much easier!

@pine64, or anyone else, does clear up most of the freeze/crash/instability issues that the experienced? Was there a better OS to use than Neon?
