Alright so I'm giving a friend an old laptop and they decided they're fine with Kubuntu.
So I'm going to live-post every annoyance I have when using Ubuntu and KDE Plasma.
Annoyances will be any GLARING UX issues that strike me as odd and just bad UX.
This will be fun.
5) apt autoremove isn't run when doing updates
all those packages that won't be removed...
6) after restarting the system, kde wallet prompts for login despite sddm auto logging in
if you use auto login, you don't care about security, so don't bother prompting to login to the wallet
1) Setting up Wi-Fi prompts KDE Wallet for a wallet type, the default option, GPG encryption, doesn't work unless someone generates a key via terminal, so you have to select "blowfish".
