I'm at a bit of a crisis with my Surface
Wayland) Fast Rotation; Tearing-Free; but crashes often (especially Xournal++); Surface Pen eraser doesn't work
X11) Citrix compatible so VS 2015; doesn't crash often; but Tearing and poor scaling; slow rotation; respects touch screen options when using pen (disables palm)

alright update,
after a week on X11, I'm moving back to Wayland.
Xournalpp doesn't seem to crash anymore, and eraser on Surface Pen doesn't work on either X11 or Wayland.
I won't need Citrix/Brave Browser to use Visual Studio for both my C++ or Assembly class because g++ and masm through Wine works just fine (in theory).
I missed no-tearing on Wayland while using X11.
Also the fact that:
X11 is on life-support by Red Hat and Wayland IS the future, so I shouldn't be sticking to the past.
