Yesterday @VikingKong suggested Joplin to me after my article about syntax highlighting and markdown. It sounded like a great app, so I tried it.
@mike @VikingKong@fosstodon.org Good discovery, I'll have to look at it again. I have a CodiMD instance set up, which I like, but it does not play nice with my high latency work connection. Fpr the file syncing, I heavily use Resilio Sync so the flat files can be on my phone, rather than relying on other cloud storage services. I run one of my Sync nodes in my self hosted VPS so my laptop does not need to be left on.
