@waywardchild@mastodon.online @Tutanota What makes you say that? I am no expert but I think Tutanota's UI is pretty rad. It's simple and clean. It's better than most I've seen.
@Tutanota Isn't email support reserved for the paid plans? Unfortunately, I am still only on the free plan.
@Tutanota After an update, the desktop client forgets my custom zoom settings each time I close the window. The mail counter badge also malfunctions from time to time and doesn't accurately show the number of unread mails.
@m_svo @omgubuntu This is a good idea. The site could pick a theme based on the system or browser theme and let the user override it using a toggle.

@Vega@mastodon.uno @Tutanota There is no guarantee that this version of Signal is secure since it isn't official. It's definitely interesting but the only real way to know that those modifications haven't introduced some vulnerabilities is to read the source code myself, unlike the official version which has been extensively peer reviewed.
@Tutanota Signal is awesome but I really hate the fact that I need to use the Play Store or App Store to get it. I wish it were available on more open platforms. ๐
@lee @DankyNanky Yes, exactly. Lots of privacy-fans prefer to go Premium for the benefit of privacy & encryption - even if they don't need the features. Plus, more and more businesses switch to Tutanota so you're in good company. :) Here's how we pay our development team: https://tutanota.com/blog/posts/new-team-member
@BrodieOnLinux Why do you still share YouTube links? #UseOdysee
@BrodieOnLinux I do remember. There was a time when I couldn't find a single video to watch there. Now, I am following over 17 channels there with more to come. I even found a 'cooking' channel in there. It really has come a long way! I am just waiting for live streaming now. It's apparently 'in the works'. ๐
@LienRag@miaou.drycat.fr I think this is fair. Firstly, we are talking about unencrypted data here. Secondly, they are trying to catch a criminal here. According to the post on Reddit, it also just affects that one account. I think @Tutanota's decision is completely justified. Keep up the great work, guys! Don't let us down. ๐๐ฝ ๐๐ฝ
@JoshStrobl I noticed that you are using Builder. I tried using it on Linux Mint 19.3 but I get this weird bug where the menu items turn invisible after clicking on them once.
You love Tutanota so much, you'd like to use it all day?! Here is your chance! ๐ We are looking to grow our support team and you might just be the perfect fit: https://tutanota.com/jobs/
Spread the word so your support emails are going to be answered even faster soon. ๐ฅฐ
@Tutanota I've recently had a few issues with the desktop app. Sometimes, the place where it shows the different categories of emails (Eg. Inbox, Sent, etc....) isn't visible. I have to hide that section and make it visible again for it to reappear. I also get an error message saying something like 'Failed to handle PushMessage' from time to time.
Millions of people are leaving #WhatsApp and it's a great first step to protecting their personal data.
Take it a step further and switch to a privacy by design ecosystem and smartphone like /e/!

Having the most popular Linux distro on the newest Raspberry Pi PC is awesome, but how usable is it?

@JoshStrobl I am a real fan of the work you are doing! Keep it up! ๐๐ฝ
@Tutanota Wire has a couple of issues. It even got de-listed from PrivacyTools.io.
