We are receiving reports from our users that Crunchyroll is not allowing the use of Tutanota email addresses when signing up for their service. After contacting their team requesting that our domains be unblocked we received the following response:
@Tutanota Have you contacted Crunchyroll yet regarding this issue? This might be easier to fix as the email service provider.
It is quite concerning that quite a few services seem to be blocking domains related to Tutanota. One possible solution might be to encourage users to use custom domains.
@Tutanota Also, I wonder if @protonmail is affected by this issue as well. 🤔
